Installation and Equipment

  • All equipment meets NSI and ISO standards
  • 3-year manufacturer warranty on hardware
  • Professional installation by certified technicians
  • Site survey required before installation
  • Property restoration to pre-installation condition

Monitoring Services

  • 24/7/365 professional monitoring
  • False alarm verification procedures
  • Emergency services liaison
  • Monthly system health checks
  • Activity reports available on request

Customer Responsibilities

  • Maintain current emergency contact details
  • Report system faults immediately
  • Allow access for maintenance
  • Maintain secure password protocols
  • Follow provided security procedures

Payment Terms

  • 50% deposit required before installation
  • Balance due upon completion
  • Monthly monitoring fees by direct debit
  • Late payment fees apply after 14 days
  • Annual maintenance fees payable in advance

Liability

We maintain comprehensive liability insurance but are not responsible for:

  • Losses due to system tampering
  • Network/power outages beyond our control
  • Unauthorized system modifications
  • Force majeure events

Termination

  • 90 days written notice required
  • Early termination fees apply
  • Equipment removal by authorized personnel only
  • Final inspection required
